Green chilli chutney

BOOM!! This is a FLAVOURBOMB for your mouth, it gives vibrancy, colour & POP to almost anything! I love it served next to meat, fish, gnarly roasted cauliflower, sweet potatoes, baked feta…literally ANYWHERE!

1 cup mint leaves
1 cup coriander & stems
1 Tbsp. peeled ginger
1 garlic clove
Juice of a fresh lime
¼ cup avocado oil
1 green chilli or jalapeno deseed
Salt & pepper

*You can yoghurt or coconut yoghurt to this to cool it down or make a creamier version!

Place all ingredients in a food processor or stick blender & blend until smooth (makes about ¾ cup). Store in the fridge & use within a week.
